In our kitchen, the dough is made in small batches just before service to ensure freshness and texture. In addition ingredients are rotated daily. Every pizza is hand rolled to the order decorated by a trained kitchen member and baked in intense heat on stones. Our culinary staff personally finishes off every pizza with fresh grated romano, extra-virgin olive oil and a touch of Italian seasoning. Enjoy!
